The Brief

  • Create an entertaining and unique photo opportunity to engage a predominantly male demographic at the Adobe Summit after party, taking place at the ExCel, London.

  • The photo experiences should be visually and technically innovative.

  • The Flash Pack need to ensure the photo experiences are fit to sustain a high footfall of 5000 guests.

  • All elements related to the photo experiences should include Adobe branding and must integrate the event’s neon/’high tech’ theme.

The Solution

  • The Flash Pack installed a series of creative and innovative photo experiences to cater for the high number of guests. Each experience was unique and offered something different.

  • At centre stage was the 360 Bullet Rig. This was decorated with neon light strips to keep with the theme of the event. Onsite technicians ensured all content produced was of the highest quality, and three brand ambassadors directed the shoot and managed the heavy footfall.
  • Also installed were three Mod booths in different corners of the venue, each integrated with Adobe Photoshop, performing unique, live action edits to the content that was shot.
  • The Flash Pack created an enclosed, dark studio for a light painting experience. Guests posed in front of a light stick, programmed with Adobe's visuals, and were shot by a Mod in long exposure to create unique lighting effects in the final images.
  • Another Mod booth was integrated with a Photoshop greenscreen action to turn green props into Adobe animations.

  • All photo experiences provided the guests with branded content in the form of high quality prints and shareable digital images.

  • Each experience was branded in artwork created by our in-house designer using Adobe's latest campaign visuals.
