Capturing the biggest celebrities on the planet at the GQ MOTY Awards 2016.
British GQ were looking for a photo experience that produced distinctive and atmospheric content featuring celebrity guests, for their 19th GQ Men of the Year Awards 2016.
Working with the set designer, George Lewin, and Conde Nast internal teams, The Flash Pack ensured that the photo opportunity captured the best of the immersive set. GQ would need access to the content immediately to share live to their Instagram account.
The Flash Pack provided their innovative Freezus Curve photo technology. The 10 camera rig captured the moment in a series of high resolution photographs to form a smooth 3D video.
The technology was also fitted with a new LED flash feature which indicates when the image has been captured. The Flash Pack provided an onsite editor to edit the content for GQ to post to Instagram immediately
A-listers such as Ricky Gervais, Bella Hadid, Mo Farah, Billy Connolly, Grayson Perry, Tinie Tempah and many more, participated in the experience, creating unique and engaging content never seen before.
234 images were captured, which enjoyed over 1 million views in 24 hours
