You, Me and the Apocalypse: #ApocalypseSky1

A photo marketing experience to promote Sky 1’s You, Me and the Apocalypse.


The Brief

  • Commissioned by Sense London, we were asked to help create shareable and unique content to promote the new Sky1 series; You, Me & Apocalypse. 
  • Use live social media to share the content captured throughout the campaign.
  • Create something unique and highly shareable.
  • Consider the requirements of a multi location shopping centre and small stand.

The Solution

  • A custom designed and animated five frame green screen GIF booth.
    Positioning participants in front of a green screen backdrop.
  • Adding visuals to the touch screen below the camera to help the participant follow the meteor and act out their reaction accurately.
  • Our socially enabled booth allowed for the content to be shared direct to Twitter, Facebook and via email. To host images we used a custom microsite with further potential for sharing and promotions.
  • Setting predetermined copy to support the sharing of the content produced, including the event hashtag #ApocalypseSky1.
