Marketing & Installs Manager

The role:

  • Overall responsibility for all marketing communications for The Flash Pack
  • You will be responsible for managing social, search (both organic and paid), PR and exhibitions.
  • Around 25% of your role will also include managing and further commercialising our permanent photo installations 
  • Managing external SEO, PPC and PR agencies, planning schedules and ensuring all content is within brand guidelines and of the highest quality
  • Manage all our social channels - planning regular content and interacting with new audiences
  • Managing, planning and executing, with the help of the wider team, exhibitions and trade shows where TFP exhibit
  • Exploring wider marketing opportunities and creating and implementing a planned marketing strategy for The Flash Pack. Making recommendations to the board to execute.
  • Creating and supplying quarterly reports to our install clients and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Maximising social media and overall marketing exposure for brand activations delivered by brand experience team on larger experiential projects
  • Working with our designer to ensure all website content is regularly updated and presented in a beautiful and appropriate manor
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral to aid sales team in securing new business

     

 

The person:

  • You will have a minimum 2-3+ years experience working as either a marketing assistant, ready to make the step up, or as a marketing manager
  • You will have experience managing digital marketing channels including social, SEO and PPC in a B2C environment (some B2B strategy is also required)
  • You will be a creative, professional individual with great ideas and even better time and project management skills
  • You will have an interest in technology and photography and have a keen eye for what works and what doesn’t!
  • Ideally you will have experience in the events or experiential sector

We will offer a competitive salary package to the right candidate. Salary guide of £26-£32k based on candidate experience.
