We are currently looking for a highly skilled film maker to join our team.

The role:

  • You will be responsible for documenting a wide variety of The Flash Pack’s work through video and effective visual storytelling. This will include shooting a variety of work include pre, during and post event, BTS footage, social content, creative shoots and in person interviews
  • You will be expected to plan, shoot, and edit your work quickly and professionally
  • You will create social ready content that wows. Engaging clients and audiences with powerful video
  • You will record video, stills and audio on all your events ensuring our narrative is clear for all projects
  • You will contribute to creative sessions on video and act as the in house video expert and DOP.
  • You will attend a variety of high profile events, acting professionally and confidently in person and in front of clients.

The person

  • You will be an experienced and ambitious filmmaker and a trusted DOP
  • You will have proven experience shooting culturally relevant and creative videos that resonate
  • You will be an experienced video editor and highly confident with video editing software
  • You will have experience recording vox pops and audio and are happy editing these alongside film in order to tell compelling stories
  • Ideally you will also have an active interest in innovative and advanced video capture techniques and SFX

Software Knowledge Requirements

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Other appropriate software
